Neighborhood Association President's Council

The purpose of the Neighborhood Association Presidents' Council (NAPC) is three-fold. First and foremost the NAPC is an educational organization. We strive to coach association leaders on how to recruit members that represent the diversity of Lake Worth’s neighborhoods, formally host and document meetings, present issues to city staff and local government and how to document responses or actions taken by city staff and local government.
