Victoria’s is a family owned and operated restaurant that started in 2008 by Executive Chef Julio Leon and his wife, Cecilia Leon, with their two sons, Luis Alonso and Gonzalo.
Coming from Trujillo Peru, Chef Julio and his wife always had a dream and a vision to open their own Peruvian restaurant, but with a touch of their hometown of Trujillo. They wanted to introduce the northern style of cooking.
They opened their first location in 2008, Victoria’s Peruvian Cuisine with only 6 tables and four employees and that's where the journey began. With effort and dedication, they opened their second store, Victoria’s Rotisserie Chicken, a simpler fast food concept, but still with a magic touch of the Peruvian cuisine. In 2018 they opened their third
location in downtown Lake Worth, Victoria’s Pisco Lounge, a more hip upscale, but still maintaining the traditional Peruvian cuisine.
