Request for Proposals - #01-1718 Design Guidelines for Major Thoroughfares

The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to solicit qualifications to hire an experienced firm or consultant(s) to develop a set of design guidelines for the City’s major thoroughfares that leverages Lake Worth’s built environmental assets and strengths and contributes to Lake Worth’s unique character as a dense, walkable, culturally diverse City with a strong sense of place. The IDA program is a matched savings account program to assist low-to-moderate income individuals to save $2,000 over a 36-month period. The individual’s $2,000 is matched with $4,000 (2:1 match) to be used towards the down-payment and closing costs of a first time home purchase.
